Recommend a Skylight Leak Repair Person or Company?

Hi all! 3 of my 4 skylights have been leaking since this recent storm activity, and I'm looking for recommendations for someone who has a successful track record fixing them PERMANENTLY, or at least for maybe 10 years or so. I was able to stop the leaks about 5.5 years ago using 2 coats of elastomeric roof coating, but the coatings are clearly failing 5.5 years later. Maybe I should try those rubber skylight "boots" I have seen on YouTube? Any advice is greatly appreciated, thank you all!
