Maintenance person for private property maintenance. Prefer at least 2 years of actual maintenance and landscape experience like mowing lawns, pulling weeds, deadheading flowering plants, blower clean up. working on projects with the owner. maintain a vacation rental property. Should be able to drive a stick shift Pro Gator tractor. We have all the tools and equipment. Experience with planting plants, trimming trees, and other handyman skills are a plus. You have to be in reasonable physical condition to be able to do the work, We want someone that is detail-oriented, a self-starter, and responsible. Full time for the right person. Clear instructions will be provided. Must have vehicle transportation to get to work on time. You do not need your vehicle to work, just to get here. The workday starts at 7:00 or 8 a.m. work is in Santa Rosa in Bennett Valley. Start immediately. If you have unresolved alcohol or drug abuse problems please do not apply.
