We run an eCommerce tech company located in Menlo Park. We work with several eCommerce brands and manage their products on Amazon, Walmart, and other marketplaces. Handling the logistics of our brands is one of our core responsibilities. This includes receiving shipments in our storage, pick-pack-ship, fulfillment, and customer returns. We are looking for a Logistics Associate to help with the aforementioned work.
Our ideal candidate will be flexible, self-motivated, and have great attention to detail. This is a part-time position but as our customer base increases, there is a good potential of this converting into a full-time role. Candidates should provide a resume and cover letter. Previous experience working in order fulfillment, inventory control, or receiving is considered a plus.
Responsibilities and Qualifications:
Pick, pack, and ship daily customer orders through Shipstation software
Process customer returns
Receive goods and materials delivered to our public storage
Create FBA shipments on Amazon website
Send shipments to Amazon and other warehouses
Preferred Experience:
Experience in handling Amazon shipments
Pick-pack-ship experience with an e-commerce brand
Requirements
Able to learn new easy to use software and perform basic computer functions
Physically fit. Able to perform continuous physical work for 3-4 hours
Continually able to lift and move boxes and products within a restricted space
Ability to safely lift boxes up to 30 lbs
You need to be a car / truck owner and be willing to use it for some of the shipments.
