PLEASE READ FIRST BEFORE INQUIRING. Buyer is responsible for moving hutch and bureau DOWN a full flight of stairs. These are VERY HEAVY. No holds. Cash only. Must take both pieces. Non-smoking home. Cat friendly. Anyone who enters the house to take out the furniture MUST be fully vaccinated and wear a mask. We will do the same. The unattached hutch is 49" tall, 31" wide, and 11" deep. It has sticker residue, marker stains, and general wear. The bureau has marker stains, 8 drawers - 2 of them are missing handles. All drawers open and close. 59" long, 19" deep, and 30" tall.
