Press release from Parkways Blog: Christina Hirsch July 23, 2021 Seattle Parks and Recreation will begin offering limited facility rentals at the following five community center locations for meetings, parties, group gatherings, events, sports, and play from August 2 to September 12 during evening and weekend hours.   Rental bookings are on a first-come, first-served basis. To make a reservation, call the phone number listed above. For detailed information on the types of rental space and amenities available at each location visit the Seattle Parks and Recreation rentals webpage.  Due to staff shortages, rental availability may be limited. Pickleball inquiries should be emailed to [email protected]. Roller Derby inquiries should be emailed to [email protected].  Please note that all facilities will continue to follow any current State, City, or Public Health-Seattle & King County COVID-19 restrictions. For the protection of children under the age of 12 who have not yet had the opportunity to be vaccinated, facilities will maintain a face-covering and 6-foot distancing policy in all common areas of the buildings and in other areas of the building where children are present, including rental space. It is the renter's responsibility to ensure all current COVID-19 guidelines are being met. Conditions may change as restrictions and guidelines get updated. Each facility will have clear signage upon entry as to what the safety requirements are at each site.  Additional Community Center rental hours and locations will be opening up on September 13th.
