Join us for one of our three heritage tours this summer. These guided paddles will explore different themes and sights along the river. Discover the Susquehanna National Heritage Area from the water. Join us for one of our three heritage tours this summer. These guided paddles will explore different themes and sights along the river. Kayak excursions will be led by professional kayak guides and SNHA staff. Kayaking on the Susquehanna River takes moderate effort, making this paddle best for intermediate paddlers, or those who have paddled on a river before. $25.00 per person – includes your kayak, paddle, PFD, transportation, and guided tour from Susquehanna National Heritage Area staff. Option of single or tandem kayaks available. Personal kayaks are not permitted. For ages 12 and up, under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Dress for the weather. Life Jackets/ PFDs are mandatory at all times while on the water. This is a weather-dependent event. If the weather is inclement or the waters unsafe to proceed, all registrants will be notified as soon as possible prior to the beginning of the event and a full refund will be issued if cancelled.
