Explore what it might look like to create a culture that produces missionary disciples who live the ways of Jesus in YOUR context! Explore the dynamics of making disciples of Jesus who can join God in his mission. Discover the principles of going from having a ministry to leading a movement: reproducing disciples instead of just recruiting more volunteers, multiplying communities instead of just adding more people. A 3DM Discipleship+Mission Taster Workshop is a chance to taste and experience: Teaching that will help frame discipleship and mission in a new lightTraining with your team to help you apply principles contextuallyEffective vehicles for discipleship and mission, such as Huddles and Missional CommunitiesWhat it's like to be part of a 3DM Learning Community (two-year journey of culture change)   What will the workshop be like? You will have a chance to hear teachings about discipleship and mission and how we are practically seeing those things worked out in local church contexts. You'll get to experience Huddles and Missional Communities (rather than simply hear the theory). There will be large amounts of Q&A, consultations for your team with our team. Worship. Down time. It's a great mixture of work, rest, practice, theory and team time.  Who is the workshop for?  Anyone who would like to come, but we strongly encourage you to come with at least one other person. If possible, bring a whole team so you can discuss the workshop along the way. If at all possible, it'd be great to have the senior leader there so the whole team is exposed to these ideas. The 3dm framework and tools for discipleship and mission strategically apply to church, para-church, campus ministries, non-profits, and everyday people of God who want to learn how to make disciples in a way that mobilizes a missional movement!   Cost The cost of the event is $99 for the first person, and $59 for your spouse and/or additional team members.
