Duties and Responsibilities: • Collect and deposit dues • Enter all transactions in QuickBooks • Prepare Resale Certificate; assemble and distribute New Owner welcome packet • Solicit bids for identified projects • Coordinate and manage trades/contractors for identified projects • Track entry of trades/contractors • Post notices and maintain relevant electronic files • Attend to any emergency issues • Janitorial work in/out of building • Some groundskeeping (leaf-blowing, sweeping) Qualifications & Requirements: • Good all-round people skills • Good communication skills • Strong interpersonal skills • Able to handle conflicts tactfully • Able to read, write and speak fluent English • Valid Washington state drivers license • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and QuickBooks • Previous experience and/or related work skills/training Please provide resume, cover letter and 2 recent references.
