This is a part time job that will cover property maintenance for 4 properties in South Florida... This job will be a great long term position that will be needed for as far into the future as possible. 2 Located in South Fort Lauderdale 1 located in Dania Beach 1 located in Miami (Coral Gables Area) All 4 properties have short term rental units that are in need of constant maintenance. We also have much work to do on improvements of the properties so I have plenty of work that needs to be done. You need reliable transportation to travel between FLL and Miami and basic tools. Jobs will be as you might expect and will include plumbing maintenance, landscaping and construction... so the more skill you have to complete these tasks the more likely you are to be a good fit. A good example is the ability to install a pre-hung door and frame. This job will pay $1800 a month. I expect a minimum of 20 hours a week of labor for the pay received. You will be given a list of items to attend to at the beginning of the week and check them off throughout the week. We will use pictures sent through WhatsApp on a daily basis to confirm jobs being done. Thank you, Kip
