Pumpkin is a female carrot tailed leopard gecko and I got her when she was only a month old back in October of 2020 she usually likes super worms and small meal worms she’s not really a huge fan of crickets anymore, she loves to climb and hunt, leopard geckos are nocturnal so she sleeps during the day usually wakes up around 8pm, i feed her every other day sometimes she’s picky and will take breaks from eating she has her original tail it has never fallen off and she has never had any health issues she sheds regularly since she’s an adult, it’s about once a month, she has a big tank that’s built for a bearded dragon and three different hides one humid one on the cold side and a warm one in the middle I also keep a heating Matt under her tank next to the humid hide and a heat lamp that comes with a heat light, and a separate uvb light that I connect sometimes but not often usually in the (winter months) her water needs to be changed daily and she likes ice in her water 😸 other than that she’s a very simple creature who loves to explore when it’s night time. I keep her on a coconut fiber substrate, no sand! So that she doesn’t get impacted and the substrate only needs to be switched out every six months but you will have to spot clean bowel movements, I am going to be traveling so I cannot take her with me and I’m looking to find her a good home with someone who has experience with reptiles, leopard geckos preferred.
