Press release from the Baltimore County Police Department: July 22, 2021 UPDATE July 23, 2021 11:18 a.m. The victim in this case has been identified as 21-year-old Deras Washington of the 800 block of Nancy Lynn Ln., 21012. ORIGINAL July 22, 2021 7:42 p.m.  A victim was killed this afternoon in Owings Mills.  Just before 5 p.m., police found a male victim suffering from a gunshot wound in the 9400 block of Common Brook Rd., 21117.  He was pronounced deceased at the scene. Detectives believe the victim was targeted.  Baltimore County Police Homicide Detectives are investigating the circumstances surrounding this murder.
