LA GRANGE, IL — A man and a woman were arrested after La Grange police responded to a domestic disturbance earlier this week, according to a police report. Aracely Hernandez, 24, of La Grange, was arrested on charges of domestic battery and resisting or obstructing a police officer. Eric Hernandez, 25, of Chicago, was arrested on charges of violating an order of protection and resisting arrest. The incident was reported about 8 a.m. Tuesday in the 1000 block of Eighth Avenue. According to the report, Aracely Hernandez injured another person related to the police call and resisted officers' commands. When officers tried to detain Eric Hernandez, he resisted and attempted to leave, police said.
