Hello loves, If you are reading this event you already intuitively are being drawn to the magic and medicine of Yoga! You have arrived at the aligned DIVINE time to receive this beautiful offering for your journey!~ Yoga is more than getting fit, being flexible, and looking good in yoga pants! Yoga is about finding the safety, the space, the focus to become healthy, strong, and connected to whatever it is you believe in within yourself.~ Give yourself permission to take time out your busy life, your busy family/circles, your responsibilities, and come gain Breathing techniques (Pranayama), Yoga postures (Asanas), & Meditation teachings (Dhyana) to help with your everyday moods and life!~ Sunrise Yoga is EVERY Wednesday at 6 am Sunset Yoga is EVERY Monday at 7 pm Private Yoga Sessions are available if you cant make either class~ www.priestessa.com What to bring: A mat A water bottle Comfortable clothing Yoga props (optional) Blanket (optional) Outdoor Spray A non-caffeinated body :) MUST Pre-Register 12hrs. advance at the latest! I hope to see your energy there! :) Bendiciones/Blessings~ About the Teacher: In 2010, Antonieta graduated from the Southwest Institute of Healing Arts in Tempe, AZ. She became a certified Mind Body Wellness Practitioner, 200 Hour Registered Yoga Teacher, Hypnotherapist, Past-Life Regressionist, and Life Coach. Antonieta has hosted many classes of yoga, meditation, and holistic workshops throughout the country. She partnered in the past and had a permanent position with the Gilbert Hospital, UMOM Women Shelter, Conscious Community Yoga, Detroit Open Streets, La Sed Non-Profit Agency, Electric Forest, and Serenity Gathering. Antonieta is also an activist, dancer, poet, priestess, and strong women of Maya and Meshika Indigenous roots.~
