cattching aquatic creatures

i am going to attempt to catch a few aquatic creatures tonight. Not sure where so open to suggestions. Hoping to get a mermaid but not opposed to a merman or even both. Thinking of a worm for bait, but will bring artificial too. Thanks for reading.
