ISO: Heeler Pup, Heeler mix

Currently looking for another heeler, heeler mix is perfectly fine too. Not wanting to spend over $50-150. I know thats low but I got my current heeler mix from Craigslist almost 3 years ago for $150 so I know its possible. The perfect pup would be a BLUE heeler as I already have a red. I would also prefer a male but for the perfect pup it wouldnt matter. My red is mottled, and fluffier than the average heeler. Would like a fluffier coated Blue as well rather than coarse coated. I do want a PUP though. No older than 12 weeks preferably. Pics are of my current heeler.
