Mobile Mechanic Needed for bolt-on part installation

Description

Install (bolt-on) a trailer hitch receiver. It involves just six (6) M-12 bolts, but will require tools I dont have. The tools needed are ratchets with extensions to reach the bolt several inches from below, where the exhaust makes it hard for a normal wrench path. I want to see if the tools cost will be higher than your labor cost. To be performed in the driveway. Name your price and I'm available all day Sunday until 2 pm. Can also do M-F 9am-8 pm but the sooner the better.
