I am living in an apartment. but there is no window. It gets very hot in the summer even with full AC. There is one window that opens to the street, but it is all the way to the floor (sliding door). so if I open it, anybody can rush into my room and rob me. the goal is to modify so that it can be put back to original condition when I move out of the apartment. MAIN DOOR swap out to a new door, make a cut out in the door. SLIDING DOOR option 1 use chains (see picture) option 2 use wood window and prop the rear, so the sliding door cannot move. (see picture) Let me know how much would you charge for this project. ( I don't provide the tools nor material). The cost break down for main door, sliding door option 1, option 2. and when you can work? (weekend, weekday) ---------------------------------- ELECTRICAL I need to add new 30 A sockets on the wall. how much? Does it involve adding new circuit breakers?
