Looking for iOS Programmer

Description

I’m putting my feelers out for a talented iOS programmer that would like to partner up in an amazing app opportunity that is currently one of a kind and will be amazingly popular.  I don’t have endless financial resources to hire a programmer outright and all the angel investors I’ve talked to only want to invest after a beta version of the app is available.  But believe me, this app will be hugely popular and make us millions. My background is in network administrating (former career path) and internet marketing in which I have held marketing director positions with larger local companies. I’m a forward thinker and can always think up solutions to any problems.  What I’m looking for in a programmer:
 1. You want to be something other than a moneymaker for someone else. You want to own a piece of the pie you’re making.  2. You understand the importance of database usage and building something solid and using sandboxes to test updates before releasing them to the public.  3. Someone that puts tons of notes in his code, so it doesn’t take days to find that one piece of code that does that one thing.  4. Someone with an understanding of using Amazon AWS services to lower downtime risks.
 5. Someone that codes in that it can optimize GPS and database data.
—- Important: You DON’T need to have a bachelor's degree or heck, even an associate's degree if you have amazing talent and coding skills.  I have a few smaller app ideas we can test your abilities to see what you can do.  Don’t just be an employee, making someone else rich so he can buy big houses and nice cars, while you make scraps.  I don’t care if you’re 18, or 65. I don’t care if you have formal college training or a padded resume... if you have the coding skills to make something great and that's all you have... I would love to talk to you.  I do have some requirements though...  1. You must be locally based (Bentonville, Rogers and surrounding areas), no Einstein programmer in India or anything like that. I don’t even want to deal with someone more than 25 miles away, much less another state or another country.
 2. I’d prefer you to be at least 18. You need to be able to focus on our project and not with high school (which is really important) and not have the project stall because you get grounded. It is also important for the next requirement.
 3. You must legally sign both an NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) and Non-Compete contracts before I will give you any information about my apps.
If you are interested... shoot me an email and we can talk.
If you have tons of money and want to invest, we can discuss that too, after you sign an NDA and Non-Compete contract of course.
