Guerilla gardening effort in OB

I’d like to start planting cover crops around OB wherever there is vacant areas, starting with easy places like sidewalks along residential streets and eventually attempting larger lots. I will provide the seeds, soil, cardboard and tools but am looking for more hands to help me cover more ground faster! Permaculture or organic gardening knowledge is a plus but not necessary.
