Hey all, I’m Dizzy Toxo, a Portland based solo artist who sings, plays guitar, bass, synth/piano, drums, programs drum machines and more. I released a little 4 song cassette recorded demo EP yesterday on Spotify, YouTube, Apple Music and other streaming services simply for the sake of having something to share. But until the content review process is complete (about a week) it’s only up on SoundCloud. The music is heavily inspired by the 70s and 80s, punk, post punk, power pop, synth pop, disco and more. It’s punchy sounding, dreamy, down to earth and hopefully as much fun to listen to as it was to make. I really want people to practice with so we can start playing shows. I currently have an albums worth of material (about 40-45 min) and am going to start recording for the album in august.
