Bassist seeks guitarist, drummer, keys for funk/soul band

I'm a bassist looking for a guitarist, drummer and keys player for a funk/soul project. I'm a seasoned player with some touring experience. Looking to do some shows around town and practice regularly. Ability to play in the pocket a must! Thinking we could throw together some fun covers and start writing original material as a band. Would love to add horns, percussion, etc... down the line when we have a solid foundation.
