Salad girl who worked at Leaf

Several years ago, there was this super sweet girl who worked at the Leaf salad place in the downtown area. She had brown hair and a light hippy-ish vibe. She and I would talk every time I visited the place. Although a man can never really tell the difference between mere friendliness and genuine attraction, she always seemed happy to see me more than other customers. I was going through a tremendously stressful period in my life and and chatting with her for those few minutes 1-2 times was a highlight of my week. She also made great salads. She was the best of the people who worked there. My salads were never quite the same after she left. I finally got the courage to ask her out. I'm a shy guy, even with women who clearly show that they are interested, so this was a big deal for me. I had a plan, and my phone number on a piece of paper. Then... She stopped working there. She had brown hair. She was fit, yet not athletic. I believe she had brown eyes. If anybody knows who this girl is, please point me in the right direction so I can at least ask her out on a date.
