Seeking creative space/art studio to rent in North End

Aging (44) leftist, punk, rad dad and lover of music +former commercial fisherman (semi retired) seeking space to create stuff. I prefer to be in working mill building with studios or industrial area opposed to coworking spaces. For several years I have been writing poetry and making graphic design projects, gig flyers for bands and an occasional website here or there. I intend to start creating more tactile objects; painting, collage, assemblage type work. Community involvement would be awesome too. I am super organized and clean which proves that I am not a true artist. I don't drink or do drugs either. Seeking a space to share/rent nearby or barter as an assistant. Alternatively, I know of a large suitable space to rent if I can find 2 other artists to rent with me. Would require occupancy approval by the city but other visual artists have existing spaces there already.
