Description
Please cite your information sources for the exact number of votes that were counted "after they stopped counting votes" (which in itself is a contradiction. Clearly they hadn't stopped or they wouldn't have counted the votes).
Will also need the exact counties they were in and who is the person involved directly in the counting that stated publicly that this occurred. If this is legit, all that info will be on hand.
And please have someone else translate your response from Russian. It's obvious you aren't a native speaker from the number of spelling, grammar, and punctuation errors you make. Almost as many as some ignorant fool from some red state like West Virginia would make.
