Read Carefully Before Applying. Skilled Mason Technician: Groome’s Brick Repair is looking for motivated individuals looking to take their career to the next level. We are looking for individuals who have experience in the masonry field. This position requires a VALID VA DRIVERS License & EVERYDAY TRANSPORTATION. This position is Monday - Friday 7am - 4pm. Hours average inbetween 35-44 hrs a week depending on weather. We offer overtime, PTO, 6 sick days, bereavement, 6 month bonus and a couple of floating holidays ask well. THIS IS NOT A SEASONAL POSITION. We work year around. Here are position details and information about our company. We specialize in replacing cracked bricks, cracked mortar and lintels around commercial and residential properties. Hourly pay starts in between $13-$16 depending on experience (on the job training offered). If you are a Brick Mason who can build structures then the pay is negotiable and this is a completely different position. This position is for individuals who are experienced in the masonry field and able to install mortar, install bricks on a home, cut out a lintel, joint up brick work, demo work, making mortar ect. We work outside and with our hands on each project. You must have a reliable form of everyday transportation for this position. We are looking for individuals either with experience or willing to learn a new skill who has a lot of motivation to take their craft and career to the next level.
