Found friendship charm - left with Metro station manager

I found a friendship charm on a bench on the Glenmont-bound platform of the Dupont Circle Metro station. It was in the shape of a green creature (turtle? dinosaur?) holding half a pink heart that says "Friends." Thought this might be of sentimental value to someone, so I turned it in to the Dupont Circle station manager. I know it's a long shot posting here, but I hope it can be reunited with its owner.
