African upside down catfish with aquarium

Need to rehome my African upside down catfish. I want to include his 55 gallon aquarium, filter, stand and all accessories. He is about 12 years old and 6" in length. He's lived with many fish over the years, including lots of African cichlids. Tank is newer but the LED lights stopped working. Could be replaced or used as is with no lights. Tank is currently set up.
