Contractor needed for small house renovation. This is a top-to-bottom renovation requiring some work in framing, utilities, floors, walls, cabinets, fixtures, roofing and more. Work was partially completed but suspended due to the pandemic. We need someone to finish the work that was started, and if done well, to finish the rest of the project. Contractor must be licensed and insured, and permits will need to be pulled again. Work will need to be completed within a reasonable amount of time.
