Fix and flip contractor is looking for all around landscaping, jack hammering concrete, raking yards, fence installation, general clean up, demolition and yes maybe even some painting. You must have transportation be self motivated and ready to work I will start the pay at $16.00 to $20.00 an hour depending on your experience. This is hard work! This is not for the guy who needs three cigarette breaks a hour. We have a great crew you will be working with. All of my guys have been with me for 10 years or longer. I am not into resumes so take a min and tell me why you want this job and what experience you have. I need someone to start immediately This is a contract labor job. We pay once a week.
