Long term opportunities and excellent pay for long term individual Mountain Woodcare, a small, locally owned exterior woodcare company, is now hiring. We specialize in the restoration and preservation of natural wood sided and log homes, decks and fences. *Your own reliable and safe transportation to job sites mostly in the Boulder/Nederland area required longer seasonal summer/fall. 4-5 days per week typically Mon-Thur. Primary job duties include job site set up and tear down, site masking/unmasking, sanding, setting up and operating pressure washers, ladders, and applying stain. Prior experience applying exterior stain preferred but not required. Compensation is $20-26 per hour, based on experience, speed and workmanship and will be negotiated after an ability and skill evaluation during a short probationary period. Our job site locations vary from day to day, depending on project status and weather conditions, and are communicated via text or email. Opportunity for right person to begin a career in a specialized field. Work directly with the owner and project manager. Requirements: *Legal residency with valid social security card *Must pass background check *Valid driver's license and insurable record *Your own reliable and safe transportation to job sites mostly in the Boulder/Nederland area. *Smart phone and able to use Google maps *A strong work ethic and enjoy working outdoors *High degree of integrity, honesty, and teamwork *Able to follow and carry out specific instructions, focus and get the work done right the first time *Able to climb a ladder up to 32 feet high and walk on roofs *Physical strength and stamina; able to lift and carry 50 pounds *Professional clean presentation *Smoke free workplace
