We are currently seeking a full-time Flooring Installation Specialist with experience in installation of commercial flooring products of all types to work in house or a licensed subcontractor with the ability to take on additional projects. Ideal candidates will posses one or both of the following qualities: 1- General knowledge of the flooring industry, products, and installation services. 2- Or a licensed floor covering contractor. Job duties include, but are not limited to: Demo of old materials in preparation to install new. Sub floor installation and repair. Floor prep and self-level of uneven surfaces. Installing commercial carpet tile. Installing LVT flooring. Repairing various flooring products and installing flooring related materials. Driving a company vehicle to service locations (must have a valid DL) Benefits Include: Company provided benefits will be negotiated upon hiring. General Requirements: Must have valid driver’s license with a clear DMV driving record, be detail oriented, must have proof of citizenship or authorization to work in the U.S. Ability to read, write and ability to communicate effectively in English. Ability to work evening and some weekend shifts. Work requires standing, walking, and/or working on knees for extended periods of times, and be able to lift a min. of 50 lbs.
