Part-Time Custodial Position Three Rivers Christian School is looking to fill a Part-time Custodial Position. The position would be after school releases at our elementary campus, Monday through Friday (Summer hours will be worked in the mornings). The candidate will report directly to our Custodial Manager, Marlene Lynn. This position is part-time, 20 hours per week. Responsibilities Ensure spaces are prepared for the next day by taking out trash, tidying furniture and sanitizing surfaces Sweep and mop floors and vacuum carpets Wash and sanitize toilets and sinks Wipe mirrors and windows Perform maintenance and minor repairs (replacing broken switches, fixing door handles, minor leaks etc.) Report major damages Secure facilities after operating hours Undertake occasional additional tasks, such as shoveling snow from the sidewalk, lifting heavy items, moving chairs, etc. Skills Proven experience as custodian, janitor or in a similar role Knowledge of use and maintenance of industrial cleaning equipment and appliances Attention to detail and conscientiousness Very good physical condition and strength High school diploma is preferred but not required Interested applicants need to fill out a TRCS General Employment Application, which includes a signed statement of faith.
