We are looking for a Grounds keeper for our Mobile Home Park to mow the grass, weed eat the park where needed, do regular park clean ups, papers picked up and other debris that blows in or is thrown down. Also included would be pressure washing units when needed and other small projects. We want someone that would take the overall appearance of our park seriously and would take pride in making it look awesome all of the time. We have a zero turn lawn mower, a gas weed eater and gas pressure washer to do the job. This is an mobile home park that is being rebuilt with great new tenants and most units are being remodeled for the new tenants. If you are interested give me a call so we can discuss it further.
