HORSE FARM LIVESTOCK FEEDER - Farm Assistant IMMEDIATE OPENING Assist with livestock and horse feeding, Monday through Friday Afternoon/Evening, starting 4:00-5:00 PM. Total shift time may vary, between 1 1/2-3 hours, depending on work that day. Duties Include: 1. Feeding horses and other livestock grain and hay according to written schedule. 2. Moving horses into stalls for feeding where required. 3. Driving feed truck and trailer around property for livestock feeding. 4. Filling water troughs. 5. Occasional horse stall cleaning. 6. Empty trash. 7. Clean up around facility. 8. Periodic mowing and weed eating. Saturday AM and PM shifts also available. Sunday afternoon as needed. Applicants should live no more than 10 miles from Eastchase Parkway/Randol Mill Rd. and John T. White intersection. Individual must be English speaking, US citizen or have legal documentation for work in this country, and have own transportation and a valid driver's license. Must be able to read, write English. Individual must have experience feeding and with working with horses and livestock, no exceptions. Must be reliable, responsible, able to follow written and oral instructions. Individual should have good organizational skills, communication skills and attention to detail. We are located close to major freeways on the east side of Fort Worth, one exit west of Arlington, and just South of the Mid-cities.
