Cut a medium sized tree and haul away

I have a medium-sized tree (17 feet approx) that is dying. See pictures. Not very large since it grows straight without branching. I need it to be cut and hauled away. You don't need to grind the stump (but if you have a stump grinder we can talk about it). If you have a place to dump it, you can take it away. Otherwise, I will go with you to the Round Rock recycling center which is about 2 miles away on Deepwood Dr. You can dump it there for free. Please send your offers via text. I will remove the ad once I have hired someone. Needs to be done this weekend.
