Art Studio Space Available

Hey! I’m a music teacher sharing my home with two Music Therapists. All of us are avid art collectors, amateur painters, and enthusiasts. We have an extra bedroom but, frankly, don’t want another person living here full-time as it gets a bit crowded already. I’d love to find an artist / photographer / writer, any creative type looking for a private space away from home to work. We’re mostly gone during the day, and as long as everyone is transparent with their schedule I’m sure it shouldn’t be a problem (as long as you’re cool with music, or hearing music lessons in progress) Property would have to be drug and alcohol free as I work with all ages. If you reply, please also include links to your work! Worst case scenario I might still buy a print or whatever ;)
