Irida Co., LLC has an experienced leadership, but is new in formation. Looking for various skilled tradesmen capable in at least one or more of the following areas: -Building fences, decks, general carpentry -Tile (floor and wall) -Flooring (hardwoods/ vinyl plank) -Paint (interior and exterior) -Interior Trim Must be reliable, have own transportation, and communicate well. Also looking for a trades apprentice(s). This/these individual(s) will learn skilled trades such as carpentry, tile, paint, trim, and various other skills. Minimum Requirements: -Must be reliable -Quick learner -Ability to work independent if needed -Have own and reliable transportation Job pay varies with job. The apprentice position pays $15 an hour.
