Description

Lost all gray girl cat named CABOOSE in the Pearl District on Sunday, July 11th, 2021 around NW 19th and Savier St. She is one year old and recently became indoor/outdoor and the day I buy her a GPS collar, she goes missing. (Go figure) Two other neighbor cats have also gone missing at the same time, and one has been afectively caught and is at the Multnomah County Animal Shelter. Unfortunately, Caboose was not found with them. She is fairly small for her age, maybe 10 pounds, recently had an injury to her tail and has two healing (might be completely healed by now) bald spots on her back at the base of her tail. She has NO markings, is NOT microchipped, NOT fixed (been waiting for her appointment slot to open since MARCH...) Very vocal and social, will come to her name or a bag of shaking treats. Common nicknames we use for her are ( I'll write them like we say it should you see her and attempt to call out to her) : Tah-Boose, Baby Tah-Boose, Boose, Boos suss suss suss suss, Baby Kitty, or just Mama's girl. We usually call out to her in a baby voice (I know, I know) and she ALWAYS calls back or runs to whoever is calling for her. Shes SUPER sweet and very easy to handle and hold. I'm very worried someone saw how pretty she is and took her in thinking she was a stray. We miss her SO MUCH, she is my best friend and the daughter that I unfortunately cannot conceive myself. She is likely in someone's home living the good life or something else really awesome and way more fun than looking day in and day out for her, but I'm still encouraging everyone to please look in your basements, sheds, or rooms that have outside access to check inside for her. Shes very curious and very brave, which makes her very prone to dangerous situations. PLEASE IF ANYONE HAS ANY INFORMATION THAT MIGHT LEAD TO HER SAFE RETURN HOME, THERE IS A HANDSOME REWARD AVAILABLE. PLEASE HELP ME FIND MY BEST FRIEND AND THE LOVE OF MY LIFE!!! I'm completely lost without her and have been crying endlessly about her and worry about her safety. Thank you, Lindsay (Caboose's mom)
