This position is for part time handyman work. The timing is flexible and can work with your availability. Requirements: - Vehicle (truck nice but usually not necessary for most jobs) - Drill with multiple drill bits The pay is fixed based on reasonable estimates of time to complete each job. Most will take less time. A few might take longer if there are hiccups. If you are fast or very skilled you will finish faster. Different types of work is available based on your skills and tools: - Fixing leaks under sinks (i.e., changing drain assemblies) - Caulking (without making a mess!) - Drywall repair - Painting - Cleaning gutters - Changing shingles - Light electrical - Change flooring (i.e., to vinyl planks) - Install window blinds - Mowing lawns - Tiling - Install windows You can easily learn many skills on youtube. More advanced work is sometimes available if you have the skills: changing furnaces and boilers. The jobs you get depend on your skills and tools. All materials are covered. We work with pictures, so you need a smartphone. Paid weekly by CashApp, Venmo or bank transfer.
