THE STARTING PAY IS $15.00 PER HOUR FOR CO-PILOTS (if you are under 24 and don't have much work experience or driving experience this would be your position), AND $16.00 PER HOUR FOR DRIVERS. IN AN EFFORT TO ATTRACT THE BEST CANDIDATES POSSIBLE, I'M ALSO TEMPORARILY OFFERING A $3000 SIGN ON BONUS TO BE PAID $300 PER MONTH FOR YOUR FIRST 10 MONTHS! What you NEED to have in order to be part of our company: 1. Honesty 2. Physical Strength and Endurance (Long days lifting heavy stuff) 3. People skills (must interact well with clients and team members) 4. The ability to learn new skills 5. A smart phone and the ability to use it fully 6. A LOVE of physically challenging work. 7. At least 5 years driving experience with a valid license (if applying to be a driver) These things are must haves! Additional things that are highly desirable: 1. A clean driving record (for insurance purposes) 2. Experience in either the moving, junk removal or demolition fields. 3. Experience driving a medium duty truck and or pickup/trailer.
