Looking to hire several construction workers. MUST HAVE 10+ YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN: Stucco/siding, drywall, plumbing (ABS sewer pipe/vent, copper, PEX, gas, exhaust fan ducting), cabinet assembly, tile on bathroom walls, and installation of toilet, vanities, faucets, shower handle/head, shower glass, range hood. Some experience with the following is great: Framing, installing outlets, lights, 3-way switches, vinyl/laminate flooring installation, door and baseboard installation. We are looking to pay very well, but must work hard. While on the job site, limit talking, smoking, and wasting time. Must have: A positive attitude, hard-working, honest, and reliable. Your own personal tools - we provide big tools only. MUST BE ABLE TO WORK UNSUPERVISED AND BE ABLE TO MEET DEADLINES. Work is Monday - Friday with the hours of 7 am - 4 pm, with 1 hour lunch at 12 pm - 1 pm. 10 minute breaks are given every two hours. Saturday work day is optional if desired. We have many residential projects in new construction and remodeling lined up for the right person.
