Join Krystal for Yoga at Stella Olsen Park Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6pm Join me for a fun and lighthearted yoga practice in Sherwood on Tuesday and Thursday evenings at 6pm. Location: There is a little hideaway spot BEHIND the Stella Olsen amphitheater. Type of Class: This class will incorporate a variety of yoga poses and practices that work to create more strength, flexibility, and balance in the body and mind. Suitable for all levels. MORE: Cost: Suggested offering of $10 or enjoy freely. Ways to Pay: Cash, Venmo (@krystalconniry), Website (krystalconniry.com) Registering for Class: You do not need to register for class. Feel free to show up. What to Bring: Your yoga mat and whatever else you may like to have.
