Join us August 11th, 2021 for our South American Wine Dinner experience here at Café Cuvée inside the Ambassador Hotel Oklahoma City! Bonjour Café Cuvée Famille! We invite you to join us Wednesday, August 11th from 6pm - 8pm to experience this delicious culinary event, our South American Wine Dinner! Our Executive Chef Gayland Toriello and Sous Chef Nick Everly have prepared a spectacular five course menu to be paired with each wine! We will be featuring wines sourced from Argentina and Chile, the leading countries of wine production in South America. Not only do these countries lead wine production in South America, but they also both have been recognized in the top 10 wine regions of the world. We will begin our dining experience with two Prisma estate wines paired, the Sauvignon Blanc and Rose’. Our next course will be paired with Vina Gonzales Bastias, which is sourced from the oldest family-owned winery in Chile. El Porvenir Laborum Cab will be paired following, which scored 90 points from Robert Parker. Our last pairing will be with the Finca Aldalgisa Malbec, which is sourced from the smallest winery in Argentina. Only fifty cases are imported to the United States. THIS EVENT WILL BE LIMITED RESULTING IN VERY EXCLUSIVE AVAILABILITY. ONLY 32 TICKETS TOTAL WILL BE AVAILABLE. $110 per person + fees. Book your seat today!
