Life can feel demanding at times. Finding a deep connection with nature can help restore balance and joy. Join a sisterhood of women in a guided walk through the forest.
During the walk you will enjoy moments of silent contemplation. You will awaken your senses and connect more consciously with the healing power of nature. You will have space to reflect and share your experience and insights should you feel so moved.
With our often busy, stressful and sometimes burnt out lives, being in nature provides the grounding we need to bravely face each day. The benefits are enormous, ranging from boosting our immune system to heightening our creativity and much more.
This session is inclusive and accessible to women with all walking/hiking skill levels. Please wear appropriate and comfortable clothing and have sufficient water and food for the duration of the walk. Bring an optional cloth to sit on if you prefer.
