Come to The Pickwick Place to have a picnic among The Ohio Flower Girls flower patch and fill a vase full of fresh picked flowers. The Ohio Flower Girls will be opening our flower patch for some flower fun. For $18 +tax per person you will receive a vase and access to our flower field to cut and create your own bouquet with your favorite colors and blooms. Bring own picnic, a blanket (no alcohol allowed), or buy sandwiches from the Lunchbox the night of. There will also be photo opportunities among the flowers while you enjoy the beauty of nature at The Pickwick Place. A few details: Upon arrival, please visit the Cabin. You will be given a vase, access to the flower patch, and your own hand-picked blooms to fill the vase with a beautiful colorful bouquet.No cutting flower experience is necessary, additional details regarding the u-pick patch will be given on site.Please wear appropriate footwear. The walkways in the flower patch are uneven. We ask that you take precaution when walking through our patch.We encourage you to be prepared--sunglasses, hats, sunscreen and bug spray are encouraged.Please be courtesy of others as it relates to social distancing guidelines. If you are not feeling well, please stay at home.In the case of inclement weather, we may need to close the patch. If so, a rain date will be scheduled. Weather-related information will be posted on The Ohio Flower Girls social media sites 24 hours prior to the event and updated as needed throughout the day of the event.By buying a ticket to The Ohio Flower Girls’ u-pick flower patch, you agree to assume responsibility for any accident, injury or mishap which may befall the ticket purchaser, and/or its guests and agree to not hold The Ohio Flower Girls and The Pickwick Place or any of their affiliates, employees, or volunteers liable for any injury. We are excited to open up our patch and share our flowers with you, we ask that you please be respectful of our patch and the grounds at The Pickwick Place and would kindly ask that all children under the age of 12 be accompanied by an adult to help with cutting the flowers and observing the pathways.
