Rebecca spent 15 years on the leadership team of several successful independent restaurants and hotel companies. She founded a highly successful startup management company, growing their portfolio from one hotel in the first year to six hotels and more than 1,200 employees by year three as the Integrator / Second in Company. It was on this journey, she discovered the power of a business operating system, implementing this framework at each one of her independent hotels and ultimately decided to help others implement do the same, fueled by a passion to help those struggling and wanting to get more of what they want from their business.
