Yoga on the Roof with Kerry Maiorca
This class will consist of warm-up exercises, yoga poses for strength, flexibility, coordination and balance, and relaxation time at the end of class. Rooted in the traditional yoga tenets of unity of body, mind and breath, this class is for those who are stiff and need gentle wake-up cues for the body. Throughout the hour participants will be led to carefully explore, stretch, and strengthen the whole system.
Yoga, conscious breath, and meditation have been an integral part of my daily life for over 20 years now, and I'm passionate about sharing the depths of this practice in an accessible, individualized, and down-to-earth way.
