Chef Lemar and The Orpheum are brining another travel themed dinner party to Oxford! join us in Hawaii! Join us on 7/31 as chef Lemar prepares a taste of Hawaii! With your ticket you will have a 3 course meal, menu below, and the expereince of Hawaii brought to your table. The Orpheum cocktail bar will be open for Hawaiian themed cocktails and beer and wine. We hope you join us! Event starts at 6:00 for cocktail hour and then dinner is served at 6:30. First Course: Tuna Poke- yuzu ponzu, spicy mayo, Scallions, cucumber, furnace Second Course: Short rib Pipikaula: cured and slow cooked, Maui onions, volcanic rice Third Course: Ube cheesecake- macadamia nut crust, mango, rum raisin gel
