Seeking handymen/contractors to perform work on pre-foreclosure and REO properties. Looking for coverage for properties on Oahu. Coverage of limited areas on the island is acceptable. Work includes securing, trash removal, bi-weekly grass cuts, landscaping, janitorial, minor repairs, fencing, etc. Knowledge of digital photography and large batch photo submission and photo file compression is mandatory. Vendors receiving significant work volumes must possess General Liability Insurance. Applicants with existing Aspen Grove background check ABC#s will be given special consideration. An ABC# may be mandatory for some portfolios. Must possess device capable of taking date/time stamped photos.
