We're psyched to have our pal Alyssa, founder of The Koji Club, taking over this Sunday to hang out and do a little Sake 101 with us! Alyssa will be going over sake basics, and tasting us on 3 different sakes: Amabuki Strawberry Namazake Tensei Endless Summer Junmai Ginjo Miyakobijinn Yoigokochi Yuzu Sake The Koji Club is opening their first brick-and-mortar in the Allston Speedway so soon, and we're so excited to have Alyssa here to give us a sneak peek of what's coming. The Koji Club is a safe space for everyone to learn about, celebrate and enjoy Japanese sake through nontraditional partnerships, unique learning experiences and Boston’s first sake bar. We pour natural wine in Union Square's Bow Market.
